LAArtsEd.org Program Directory Application Workshop

Want to learn more about Arts for All, LAArtsEd.org Program Directory and how your organization can submit an application?

Attend the technical assistance workshop for prospective applicants on July 29 at 10:00am at the Arts Commission's offices. 

Please review the Applications and Guidelines online at www.laartsed.org/application prior to attending the workshop.  And remember, electronic applications and postmarked supplementary materials are due August 26, 2009.

From the North Pasadena Area:  Take the 110 Freeway South to the 6^th Street/4^th Street exit, following signs for Wilshire Blvd.  Turn right on Wilshire, go two blocks and then turn right onto Bixel.  

From South Los Angeles:  Take the 110 Freeway North to 3^rd Street and exit 3^rd Street heading west.  Continue to Bixel (the third stoplight) and turn left.  Proceed south for approximately three blocks.  The office building will be directly in front of you at the corner of Wilshire and Bixel.  

From the East (San Gabriel Valley):  Take the San Bernardino10 Freeway West to Hollywood 101 Freeway North.  Take the exit toward Harbor Freeway/San Pedro and merge onto the 110-S.  Exit at the 6^th Street/4^th Street exit following the signs for Wilshire Blvd./Downtown.  Turn right on Wilshire Boulevard and then turn right onto Bixel Street.   

From West Los Angeles:  Take 10 Freeway East to Harbor 110 Freeway North.  Exit 9^th and make immediate left at bottom of off-ramp onto Francisco Street.  Take Francisco one block North to 8^th Street, turn left onto 8^th and go one block to Bixel.  Turn right on Bixel and proceed North up the hill for three blocks to Wilshire Blvd.  (Our building is on the Northeast corner of Wilshire and Bixel - The City of Hope Building).   

From the San Fernando Valley:  Take 101 Freeway South to Harbor 110 Freeway South. Exit Wilshire Blvd. and turn right. Go two blocks to Bixel and turn right.orTake the 5 Freeway South to 110 South.  Exit Wilshire Blvd. and turn right.  Go 2 blocks to Bixel and Turn right.
